The CasaGrand Kudil commencement certificate has not been issued. The project's occupancy certificate was not issued. This project has a nice construction of homes with plenty of parking space and decent connectivity, as well as all of the necessary amenities in one location. Residents' safety is vital, and competent and attentive security officers are on duty at all times to ensure that they are safe. There are no issues with electricity or water supply. Everything can be found within walking distance.read more

My apartment here comes with car parking, lifts, and security. There is no provision for recreation. People here are nice and form a good community. I have no complaints.

My apartment has two sides open. The floor plan is ideal. The rooms are airy and fresh. The perimeter remains well secured by guards. It is a good place to live.

The location is crammed with buildings everywhere. It is hard to find an apartment in this project that will offer a good view or let fresh air in. The location is good.
