Good things here

The locality has a rich history of an appreciated by those interested in local culture and heritage. public transport is easily available and good number of schools and colleges are available nearby. high class hospitals and restaurants are available within few kilometre. no water shortage and power cut issues.read more

Good things here

The many parks and gardens provides peaceful escape from city life. I feel strong sense of community here with friendly neighbours and local events. cultural festivals and events throughout the year showcase that areas rich heritage. public transport and other amenities is easily accessible.read more

Sholinganallur has become a prime residential area inm South Chennai due to the constant demand for housing from the IT hubs in the area. Road ocnnectivity is good and the airport is close by. The east coast road nearby is an attraction for residents.
