Prestige Group launches Prestige Courtyards in Chennai

The Prestige Group has announced the launch of a residential project, Prestige Courtyards, in Sholinganallur, Chennai, which will offer 548 homes of one, two and three-BHK configurations

Prestige Group, on March 22, 2018, announced the launch of Prestige Courtyards, located in Sholinganallur, just off the Old Mahabalipuram Road, christened as Chennai’s IT corridor. Spread across 11.32 acres, Prestige Courtyards comprises of 11 residential towers with 548 homes in total. Each tower is a ground-plus-three floor structure, with a combined basement reserved for car parking. Set beside a scenic lakefront, the project will offer a combination of one, two and three-BHK apartments that are Vaastu compliant. The development comes with amenities such as a lavish clubhouse with an outdoor swimming pool, as well as a children’s pool, a fully air-conditioned and well-equipped gymnasium, mini theatre, party hall, jogging and cycling tracks, indoor sports, children’s play area and relaxation courts for elders.

Prestige Courtyards will be the latest offering from the Group, whose southern strategy includes the existing luxury residential villa development, Prestige Silver Springs. The company, with operations across south India, Pune, Goa and Ahmedabad, has completed 210 real estate projects with a developable area of 80 million sq ft and has 53 ongoing projects across segments, with a total developable area of 54 million sq ft. It also has 48 million sq ft of upcoming projects and holds a land bank of 424 acres with potential developable area of over 42 million sq ft.
