Gaur Yamuna City is the biggest gated township on Yamuna Expressway & Closest to the new Noida Airport. It's the only livable gated community today on the expressway. Rates will surely increase soon with the Airport going operational very soon. read more

Metro Project feasibility report failed due to cost. MRTS will not come in next 3 years. No Railway Stn nearby. Cabs do not go there . Film city failed to take off. JP Sports city failed to be developed. Price jacked by Financiers. Same thing happened in Raj Nagar Extension near Air Force Hindon. This was declared a civil Airport and few flights took off during Election 2014 and now it is closed. So be careful to invest your hard earned money in this non inhabitants area for at least 15 years. Rest is your due diligence. read more
