Autos and cabs are easily available, the construction quality is good, amenities are plentiful with more than 10 options including a gym, clubhouse, and play area, maintenance is good, elevators are installed and functioning properly, and the people are friendly.read more

The main road is a bit far, about 10 minutes inside the street, and while there is no traffic near the society, the main road experiences traffic during morning and evening commutes.read more

The standout aspect of the society is the humble and friendly nature of its residents. The entire premises are kept neat and clean, with all major amenities available, including parks, jogging tracks, badminton courts, skating tracks, gym, swimming pool, and more.read more

The construction quality is very poor in the society, with issues like seepage in bathrooms and bedroom walls. The roads in front of the society are not in good condition. During rainy seasons, there are major power cuts and floods both inside and outside the premises.read more

Perumbakkam is a suburb in the Chengalpattu District of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
