Good things here
Since I moved here two months ago, I've noticed that people are still practicing social distancing due to the pandemic, which is commendable for safety but has limited my interactions with everyone. However, there are many kids of all ages here, ensuring that no child feels isolated. The abundance of greenery adds to the pleasant atmosphere, and everything I need is just a two or three-minute drive away. On the downside, I've observed that the cost of living here is higher compared to where I used to live, such as Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, and IP Extension in East Delhi.
Things need improvement
Due to ongoing construction in front of the society, the ambiance isn't ideal at the moment, but there are plans for a mall in the future, which could improve the surroundings. The maintenance fee per flat is Rs. 8000, which you may consider as low, high, or moderate depending on your perspective. However, everything nearby tends to be quite expensive. The roads, especially the Golf Course Road extension, aren't very well constructed, so extra caution is needed while driving two-wheelers.

Good things here
The society is impeccably maintained, and all the staff members are wonderful, creating a positive atmosphere. I feel secure about my family and me living here. Everyone in the community is supportive, and the amount of sunlight that enters the flat is superb, adding to the pleasant living experience.
Things need improvement
One downside is that there's only one road for entry and exit, requiring a full circle around the society to exit. Additionally, there isn't enough playground space for recreational activities, and there's no nearby market within walking distance.

Good things here
The society is gated and efficiently managed, ensuring good security measures. Overall, I'd rate it a 7 out of 10, mainly because of its lush green surroundings, which provide a pleasant balcony view from our tower.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in certain areas can be problematic, causing concerns for residents. Additionally, the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) is not perceived as effective or helpful by the community.

Good things here
The condominium boasts lush green areas with plenty of sports facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and a nice club. The renovations carried out last year have elevated the overall quality of the condominium to new heights.
Things need improvement
As such there are not much negatives and the society. Once the planned development of golf course extn takes place this society is going to be one of the premium one in gurgaon,

Good things here
Unitech Escape is a pleasant society located in Gurgaon, offering various amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and sports courts for recreational activities. The lush green surroundings and well-maintained greenery add to its appeal. However, the construction quality is subpar, with issues such as basement flooding during the rainy season. Despite this, the society benefits from a green belt outside the apartments, maintained by the administration. While the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) may focus more on beautification than problem-solving, security measures, including the use of MyGate, are effective. Additionally, the society's location on Golf Course Extension Road ensures good connectivity.

Good things here
I have recently moved from the society and am currently residing in Bhubaneswar. Maintenance was generally good, with a focus on hygiene and cleanliness. The gym and clubhouse were well maintained. Social interactions with neighbors were limited, as people in the community did not socialize much. However, participation in society events was notable.
Things need improvement
Public transport options were limited, and we often had to walk to find autos, rickshaws, or reach the Gurgaon Sector 50 metro station, which was approximately 30-45 minutes away. seepage and leakage issues were prevalent, particularly during the rainy season, causing problems. Water logging was a common challenge during the rainy season, leading to dampness. During my stay, the swimming pool was not functional.

Good things here
Unitech Escape in Sector 50, located on the main Golf Course Extension Road, is conveniently situated opposite Xt Xavier School. It offers easy connectivity to Sohna Road and Good Earth Mall.
Things need improvement
There's a minor issue of seepage in all flats, but it can be easily resolved with a whitewash. It's only a small amount of seepage in each flat.
