Transportation facilities such as auto stands and cab stands are conveniently located near the society. Multiple schools and hospitals are also nearby, along with bus services. The maintenance team in the society resolves issues promptly and efficiently. Cleanliness is maintained with segregation of dry and wet garbage within the society. Festivals and cultural events are celebrated within the community, fostering a strong sense of social unity. Owners benefit from allocated parking spaces. Additionally, the society enjoys round-the-clock water and electricity supply, ensuring convenience for�all�residents.read more

The metro facilities are quite far from the society. In terms of build quality, there are minor infrastructure issues such as leakages and seepages, but these are promptly addressed by the maintenance team upon receiving complaints. Unfortunately, there is no allocated visitor parking within the society, so visitors must park outside the premises. Additionally, due to the society consisting of only two buildings, the amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are relatively small compared to larger societies. While all amenities are present, their size and scale are more limited in�this�context.read more
