Good things here
Good transportation options are there, with easy availability of auto cabs. There is no traffic, and parking is convenient. The ventilation is good, and there is not much seepage, only occasionally during the rainy season. The elevators are sufficient, with one for people and one service elevator. The gym, clubhouse, and play area are well-maintained, and the neighbors in the society are cooperative. The swimming pool and gym are available, though there are some charges. The society has 500 flats, and despite some issues, there are amenities available to residents.read more

There are many cats in our blocks, which is not ideal. The swimming pool and gym being chargeable is a downside, especially since last year there were issues with the swimming pool, and it should not be charged. Maintenance is not very good, with garbage collection often being inconsistent, leading to overnight garbage attracting rats and spreading dirt. The open gym lacks sufficient equipment, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the society need improvement. Additionally, the charges for the gym and pool are too high, and the equipment in the open gym is insufficient.read more

Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and table tennis are not available in the vicinity. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are also available in the vicinity. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily in the vicinity. Connectivity is easy with cabs available if we book Ola or Uber in the vicinity. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are within walking distance, which is very convenient. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the vicinity. Parking is spacious in the vicinity. There is visitor parking available in the vicinity. We can celebrate festivals with family in the vicinity.read more

Society is well maintained and cleaned all the time with timely garbage collection. society has all the amenities like, gym, clubhouse, swimming pool within the society. There is no leakage and seepage issue in the building without any cracks in all the parts of the building.read more

The connectivity is not that good because resident need to wait so much to get public transport like rickshaw, auto, bus nearby the society or they need to walk for some distance to get them away from the society.read more

The connectivity is fine. Metro is not here, buses are available here, autos, all things are easily available. Al the basic amenities like gym, clubhouse, shopping complex etc are available here. No leakage, seepage or maintenance problem. It is pretty decent place to live in. I have not come accross any problem yet.read more
