The availability of amenities can be easily booked, adding to the convenience. The water facility is reliable, with power backups also in place. Public transportation by bus is accessible within a 500-meter radius. Overall, it's a very respectable place to reside. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and tennis court are available and well-maintained. Emergency services can be accessed within a 1 kilometer radius, ensuring peace of mind.read more

The construction quality in the society leaves much to be desired, with leaks and seepages being common issues. The traffic congestion in the vicinity adds to the inconvenience of city living. External cracks are also noticeable, indicating potential structural concerns. Given the building's age of around 9 years, renovation seems necessary. Furthermore, the metro station is quite far, approximately 5-8 kilometers away from the society, impacting accessibility.read more

Connectivity, like cabs and autos, are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, football court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. Ventilation of the flats is very good, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Parking area is very spacious, and there is a designated visitor parking area in the society, making it convenient and spacious. Cleaning of the society is very good; the housekeeping staff clean twice daily, morning and evening. Garbage collection is also very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society.read more

Good things here
The residents of the society are really friendly and love getting involved in all the events and festivals organized by the committee, like Onam, Diwali, Independence Day, Republic Day, and Ganesh Utsav. In terms of location, everything you need is within 500 meters�a school, a bus stop, a supermarket, grocery stores, and more. The roads are in good condition, with street lights for safety, and there's plenty of parking available. As for amenities, we've got it all: a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, badminton courts, carrom rooms, yoga room, table tennis, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is top-notch, with daily cleaning and regular garbage collection. We haven't had any issues with water and power, and the lift is always in good working condition. And construction-wise, we've never faced any challenges.read more

We have lots of amenities like a table tennis area, yoga room, basketball court, community hall, children's play area, walking track, gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Maintenance is top-notch; garbage is collected daily, and the place is cleaned regularly. We have reliable water and power supply, and the lifts are always working. The people in our community are friendly and helpful. We often get together to celebrate various festivals.read more

Traffic jams happen a lot in our area, making people late and annoyed. The roads are narrow, parking is hard to find, and the traffic isn't managed well, which is dangerous and frustrating for everyone.read more
