Good things here
main attraction is garden as many benches available for setting in peaceful environment and some toys for children to play... residents are really good as monthly meeting of society members...many international schools neaby for children...no problem for power cut and water...

main problem is security..no security guard at main gate...many times beggers are come inside society premises...not safe for night jogging as many street lights are not working...putty quality is not as good as many times ceiling leakage is problem

Property is just 1.5 kms to Manyetha Tech park, close to De-mart, Reliance Fresh, More market, petrol bunk and temple. The house with security cameras and complete with safety grill gates with internal car parking and external both. House has a bore well as well as cauvery water supply and municipal water too. well ventilated with lengthy windows with one balcony, one hall, one audio/vedio room, 4 bed rooms and 4 wash rooms. House for vegetarians only may please contact.
