Good things here

it's a dirty placeto be honest,too hard to get to busstop, main road is about 7 km,streets are dirty, neighbourhood is very impolite,it's pointless to invest in this location

Things need improvement

too many potholes for almost every 5 feet in road poor drainage system ,and during rains it's impossible to use bikesand too much of mosquitos pretty unhygienic location

Good things here

It's a rapid developing area offering a blend of resident comfort and modern amenities.It boasts proximity to manyata tech park ,making it ideal for IT professonals.With good connectivity via the Outer RIng Road, residents have easy access to schools,hospitals,and shopping centers.The area features green spaces like Thanisndra Lake,Providing reacreational opportunities.

Things need improvement

The construction projects that disrupts daily life with noice pollution.the area sometimes suffers from traffic congestion due to narrow roads and inadequate infrastructure.Parking issues are common ,and there are frequent power cuts.The locality lacks well-maintained parks,and sanitation and waste management need improvenemt

Close to close, shopping mall, hotels, hospital. In a growing vicinity of North Bangalore. 15 mins to Hebbal, 20 mins to Airport. Completely secured environment for good family living and dur to close proximity to office makes it a good investment.
