The construction of the society was quite good, with well-ventilated and spacious flats. Amenities like a clubhouse, garden, and park were available and well-maintained. Additionally, the maintenance of the society was good, and the connectivity around the society was also excellent. There were schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, and public transport like auto cabs and buses were easily accessible. There was also a nearby metro station, and the roads around the society were well-constructed, making commuting�hassle-free.

The atmosphere in the community is excellent, and the people are very nice. There is plenty of greenery, and security is good with the use of apps for added safety. The lifts are well-maintained, and all modern amenities are available. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Water is available 24/7, and the roads outside the community are also in good condition.

Good things here

many hotels and restaurants available nearby where many facilities are available. School and hospital are also nearby. Parks and gardens are also nice where we can go for a playing. Electricity supply is good and there is no problem of water either. Transportation and cab facilities are good. Gym and swimming pool facilities are also available. many grocery store located at some distance from where one can get things easily.

Near Akashvan area, roads are good and it is well maintained. Inside Punewale, there are many potholes but nothing to worry about near Akashvan
