Living in that society was truly wonderful due to various factors contributing to a comfortable and fulfilling experience. The build quality of the apartment was top-notch, ensuring no issues of leakage or seepage, which is crucial for maintaining a healthy living environment. Moreover, the availability of amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, park, clubhouse, and podium added to the quality of life for residents. These amenities were not just available but also well-maintained by the dedicated maintenance team, ensuring they remained in excellent condition for use. A continuous supply of water and electricity, along with the presence of CCTV cameras in all areas and guards stationed at each entrance, provided a sense of security and safety for residents. This ensured peace of mind for all residents, knowing that their well-being was being taken care of. The vibrant community spirit was evident through the celebration of various functions, festivals, cultural events, and programs within the society. This fostered a strong sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents, making it feel like a close-knit community. Additionally, the easy accessibility of transportation nearby further enhanced the convenience of living in the society, making it easy to commute to and from different�places.read more

I'm grateful that we don't face any problems internally; everything runs smoothly thanks to the excellent maintenance services and the dedication of the management team. Timely cleaning and garbage collection ensure that our surroundings are always clean and hygienic. Having amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, and park available and well-maintained adds a lot to the quality of life here. It's wonderful to be able to enjoy these facilities without any issues. I particularly enjoy the sense of community that comes from celebrating festivals together. It really brings us all closer and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The easy accessibility of public transport options like auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses makes it convenient to get around when needed.read more

The ongoing construction work around my society is really affecting my quality of life significantly. The noise pollution is constant and bothersome, making it difficult to relax or focus on daily tasks. It's frustrating because I value peace and quiet in my home environment. I think I'll reach out to the relevant authorities or construction companies responsible for the work to express my concerns. Understanding the timeline of the construction and any measures being taken to mitigate noise pollution could provide some reassurance. In the meantime, I might look into soundproofing options for my home or invest in noise-canceling headphones to help block out the noise. Creating a peaceful atmosphere within my home with soothing music or white noise could also help alleviate the disturbance.read more

The society is very convinient in terms of connectivity and everything is developed now, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. No major traffic issues are faced on the roads. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Garden is properly maintained. Maintainance charges are nominal. Basement Parking is available. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Fire estinguishers are available and time to time maintainance is also done. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, people are very friendly.read more
