Mumbai takes the lead in new launches – Are there any in your neighbourhood?

With Mumbai continuing to expand owing to paucity of land in the suburban regions of the city, majority of the new supply during the period was concentrated in the peripheral micro-markets of Thane West, Dombivli and Panvel.
