The project encompasses a total of 5.48 acres of land. 70 percent of the area is open. L and T Crescent Bay has a total of 6 towers. The good facility of public transport but sometimes there are traffic jams especially during the evening. Ample covered parking space for residents and visitors. The best part is the construction quality of the flats that is impeccable. Security is another advantage that makes you feel safer here especially for kids and girls.
