Walking distance to grocery and medical stores. The temples in this area are well-known. There are easy and frequent public and private transportation options (Ola, Uber). There are no water shortages or power outages. Streets and roads are well-lit and well-maintained. There are parks available.

There are numerous temples in the area, the most well-known of which is Anjaneyar Temple. The metro is only 10 minutes away. It is a luxury neighbourhood in Chennai.

Nanganallur is an upcoming residential locality very close to the airport in the southern part of Chennai. It has been a part of Chennai Corporation since September 2011.
