Good things here

I feel that the connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is quite near the society. We don't face any parking issues in the society. The road quality outside the society is quite good and street lights are peoperly functional. CCTV cameras are installed. Issues are resolved on time. there are no such water logging issues inside the society, society has got good drainage system. Amenities and facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. The environment of the society is very good, it's peaceful Fire estinguishers are available for safety features.read more

Things need improvement

There is no guest parking available in the society. There is no space inside the society. I don't think the maintenance is good enough according to the charges they take. There is not much cleanliness done in the society. Lifts are available and it is not functional properly sometimes. Lifts are properly not maintained. construction quality of the buildings is not good, seepage and leakage issues are faced in the apartments. Plaster comes off easily. There is no club house and medical stores inside the society.read more
