Lodha provides a good transport system as it is located just about a minute far from Majiwada in Thane. It is located near the Mumbai-Nashik highway. However, i face constant traffic whenever i step out with my family. The most horrific thing is that ongoing noise that comes from the highway. Heavy traffic and constant ongoing vehicles is causing trouble in my family with all the noise. A solution would have been expected. I hope management does something soon. Apart from that all other is fine.

Lodha is an unblemished planned and efficient township as it has some major facilities which make the lives of inhabitants easier. Shopping malls like Viviana and Korum, Hospitals like Vedant and Jupiter including medicine stores, schools like Lodha World School and Singhana and also locating some renowned parlours, gyms and stores for essentials are too at the doorstep of this residence. This area also includes good parking slots with a major security system and have temples too. Upper Thane is near to the major major business communities like renowned IT companies such as TCS and Deloitte which is much easier to reach in a very short time.

Lodha is a true gem of the developers and it's been the best among all the other construction companies. Every building includes plenty of spaces for gardening which provides a large amount of fresh air to breathe with parks and playgrounds and tree-planted roads for jogging also. Selected buildings of this residence provide some delightful views of nearby Ulhas River. These buildings by the side of the river can bring us a tranquil environment because the mild breezes blow from the river Ulhas. Thus, Lodha can give us both nature and a metropolitan atmosphere at the same time.

the city has great balance of residential and industrial areas,making it a ideal place for people to settle down.With affordable housing options and its proximity to mumbai.Transport services are highly convenient and available at all time,The development of metro is also underway it soon connects kalyan and thane.

As someone who resides in Thane city, the location was too far. The prices were almost similar to the prices in the city which made it pretty expensive considering the future and currently non-available connectivity. During the negotiations of the property, the person was very rude and in-fact suggested us that we should drop the plans of booking a flat entirely till we could “afford” it as we made an offer. Property deals aren't done without negotiations.

Bhiwandi has been a wonderful place to live since I was born here. The setting is so simple here, and the food is so varied, and there are so many places to explore. Bhiwandi has a grocery market, a supermarket, a cinema, food courts, and playground parks. Bhiwandi offers a broad variety of cafés to explore, and they undoubtedly serve the greatest fastfood in town. However, the road conditions are deplorable, far worse than in any other city. There is also continuous subway construction, which is wonderful for the future but has caused significant hardship for the current generation. The dust is abundant here, and it is bad for people's health. There is also constant traffic congestion owing to road construction.

Bhiwandi has been developing as an industrial hub for textile industry. Bhiwandi is one of the most growing business hub. It is a nice area, but there are no schools nearby; it will take about 15 minutes to get to a nursery school, and parking is an issue. The metro is also a little far away, and the streets in the market area are completely covered by road vendors; prices here are also a little high, but the main thing is that there are no high schools here.

Bhiwandi is easy connectivity by national and state highway. Bhiwandi is very suitable for industries & warehouse. On the negative side, the road is not in good condition. Roads are especially bad in the lower areas, such as Shanti Nagar. There is no severe water scarcity, only sporadic water scarcity.
