Good things here
Smart town is a very good society with good people and association people also work well for the community and kids have more extra curricular activities like karate skating swimming classes silambam and other more from external trainers. Monthly once there will a stall from external vendors and festival time you have more fun on arrangements by festival committee.read more
Things need improvement
There is no fixed rate for maintenance here . sometime you will get 3 k sometime you will get 7k. . This is all due to builder and owner association problem because some flats are still not registered due to the entire property is build under un registered Patta, the case is happening in the court for further more details request you to download report from online. .read more

Premium apartments in this place are not good at all. People can expect way less compared to the cost. Outer construction is not that good though inner construction is ok.

This is quite a good place with a beautiful atmosphere. Facilities in this place are also quite good. Internal construction is pretty good but external is average. There is no traffic pollution near this apartment.

Casagrand must come up with a better solution for their maintenance facility. Transport is available and there is no issue regarding this. CasaGround provides apartment buildings,2 Bhk flats and luxury apartments.
