Transportation is good, with easy access to auto, Ola, and Uber. The flats are well-ventilated with no seepage, and construction quality is good. Society maintenance is excellent, and elevators work well. Amenities include a gym, clubhouse, park, and tennis court, serving 230 houses. People are cooperative, and security with CCTV services is available. The common area has a generator for power cuts. Overall, it's a well-maintained and friendly community. Parking is availableread more

Things need improvement

Traffic can be an issue during peak hours. There's no swimming pool. The common areas were last painted 5 to 6 years ago and could use a refresh. Power cuts from the government happen, although they are beyond control, and only common areas have generator support. The lack of a swimming pool is a downside. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience is positive but could be improved with more amenities.read more
