Nagarbhavi is the most desirable residential zone known for their well planned layout and wide trees line roads. the neighbourhood offers complain of modern amenities and serene living. public transport connectivity and traffic jam is also very less. markets are available at walking distance.read more

The first stage of Nagarabhavi includes the communities of Maruthinagara, Kalyana Nagara, Nagarabhavi Village, Canara Bank Colony, Bhairaveshwara Nagar, and Moodala Palya, among others.
