There is a huge parking lot beside the premises where people can spend their free time. The society is maintained by the people and adequate street lighting is provided on the roads.

The maintenance of the apartment is quite nice and all rooms are filled with fresh air. Schools, colleges and institutes are available within walkable distance and there is no traffic related issue.
