Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Cabs and autos are also available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. There is an IT company near the society, and hospitals are available within 1 kilometer from the society, which is very convenient. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect both wet and dry waste separately in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. There is also a spacious visitors' parking area in the society. Ventilation of the flats is very good in the society.read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Construction quality is poor; there are some seepage issues in bathrooms, and the flush water is not good. Security guards are stationed 24/7 to ensure residents' safety. Basic amenities include a gym and well-maintained play areas for children. Approximately 250 families call this community home, and the atmosphere is friendly, with residents celebrating Hindu festivals together.
