The surrounding people are friendly and have good interactions. We celebrate many festivals together. Location-wise, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, hospitals within 2 km. The neighbors are really friendly and helpful. Each resident gets their own designated parking spot, which is great. There are several schools nearby, making it convenient for families. Garbage collection is regular and they segregate wet and dry waste. Elevators are well-maintained. The electricity and water supply are reliable. The interiors are impressive, and there's good ventilation throughout the apartments. We have a well-maintained gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, and regular cleaning keeps everything tidy.
