Good things here

Sector 6, typically lively neighbourhood with individuals constantly on the move. It's directly linked to Palm Breach Road, providing access to Belapur and Vashi. This area is diverse featuring and mix of high rise buildings, standard structure, and even rural villages within its boundaries. Excellent public transportation facilities around. Supermarkets, medical clinics, and fast food restaurants making it an attractive place to live. read more

Things need improvement

Frequent traffic congestion and a water shortage issue that occurs sometimes. The metro station is located in the way and pollution level can be high with the occasional power outages. The parking is tough exceptionally for visitors. The police patrolling is not up to the mark, some crimes have been reported slightly. The road condition is okay, but in some areas there are potholes. read more

Nerul is a great place to live. It's close to Mumbai, so it's easy to get to work or school. There are lots of nice apartments and shopping centers. You can also find parks and playgrounds for kids. Very safe locality with easily accessible schools and malls nearby. The very good quality street lights are placed everywhere on the locality and the electricity charges are also reasonable. read more

Metro is however far from the locality. I have seen that if a person has to go to metro from the locality then he has to take a cab which are available all the time. read more
