. Transportation connectivity near the society is very good and routes are well connected with main road. Construction quality is fine. Fitting quality was also good. Would like to rate the construction quality as 7/10. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. There is a play ground. Neighborhood is friendly and celebrate all festivals together. There was a shopping complex nearby. read more

Maintenance is average with bad water quality. Water is salty in nature. Some water logging and power backup issues also existed. Walls had some seepage issues, due to living on the ground floor. Wall plaster quality was also not good. read more
