The clubs and indoor sports facilities here are top-notch, and there's a great selection of outdoor sports options like badminton and cricket. The swimming pool and gym are also in excellent condition, and knowing there are RFID cameras for security adds peace of mind. read more

Things need improvement

Challenges arise with the location, including connectivity issues and frequent traffic jams. Efforts to enhance metro connectivity and alleviate congestion would significantly improve the overall living experience. it's important to consider the high maintenance charges and rent, which could be a downside for some. Plus, the distance to the nearest metro station might be inconvenient during peak traffic hours. read more

Good things here

I really appreciate the convenience of living in an area with good connectivity and access to public transportation. Having allotted parking spaces makes it much easier for me to park without worrying about finding a spot. The roads are well-maintained, which makes driving around the neighborhood a pleasant experience. It's reassuring to see that painting is done on time, keeping our surroundings looking neat and fresh. The fact that the elevators are working and decently maintained adds to the comfort and convenience of living here. I'm also impressed by the good construction quality of our buildings, which ensures durability and safety. It's a relief to know that there are no issues with leakage or seepage. Additionally, having amenities like a clubhouse and gym enhances our quality of life, and the presence of safety measures such as working CCTV cameras provides peace of mind. Lastly, the friendly atmosphere created by our residents makes this community feel like home. read more

One inconvenience I've noticed is that the parking barrier isn't functioning properly. It's frustrating to encounter issues with something as basic as accessing the parking area. I hope this can be addressed soon to avoid further inconvenience for residents read more
