Connectivity is very good around the society, public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society.
Metro connectivity is also there.
nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available around the society.
Roads are much better now.
Parking is alloted for residential people, basement and open area parking is available.
The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained.
Garbage collection is done on time.
Rooms are good in ventilation, there is no conjestion in the society.

There is a lot of issues related to pets and the society becomes dirty for that.

The presence of lifts, properly maintained and functional, adds to the convenience of vertical mobility within the building. I find that the connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society.
Society is not kept clean. Moreover issues takes a lot of time to be resolved by the society.
There are slight issues with seepage and termites in the flats. My flat does not receive any sunlight.
Other facilities and amenities are most of the time not functional.
People are very bad and have extremely bad bahaviour towards each other. read more
