the one thing I don't like it is monthly rent the owner is is come our in home after 2-3 days only and said me ki rent are next month high like 100 rupeesread more

I really love the location! It's just perfect. There are so many convenient places nearby such as hospitals, schools, and a bank. Not to mention, the grocery stores and other amenities are just within 5 kilometres. It's just so convenient!

Safety, cleanliness, and a good environment, though it can be noisy at times, are all good for familiar and small families, and all educational academies are good for religious things.

There is plenty of parking, the market is within walking distance, and the market is open one day per week, on Thursday, where you can buy everything. Aside from traffic, the roads are in excellent condition.

A very appealing society. The fort of Golconda is home to many good people. Dhankota is one of Golconda's best neighbourhoods. There are wide roads and no problems with any of the services.

- police patroilling can really oimporve the condition
- maintenance is often ignored and there is room for betterment
- roads are often unclean and look ill maintained
- the pollution has increased quite a bit in the last years
- prices has increased significantly
- plenty office spaces, but some more would be better
- there are not enough highways connecting here
