Good things here
Urban estate phase 2 is one of the calmest places in jalandhar. Appropriate for families as many schools are nearby and has very good market as well. No power cut problems or water shortage. So i would suggest best place in jalandhar is urban estate phase 1 read more
Things need improvement
Houses are very expensive but as it is the best place to live in jalandhar, so i guess high prices are justified. Only thing is public transport facilities are not much but this thing prevents this area from over pollution and rush that we see in many big cities. read more
