Good things here

There are many wonderful things about the society. For example, it offers easy access to public transportation including cars, buses, and taxis. There are markets close by, and the roads are in decent shape. Well-kept amenities include a clubhouse, play area, garden, swimming pool, and gym. The buildings are properly ventilated, and the construction quality is superb with no seepage, leaks, or termite problems. Parking is available, and the water supply is dependable in addition to frequent rubbish pickup. There is a security guard on duty at all times, and elevators are maintained and serviced. read more

Things need improvement

One drawback is the low level of social interaction in the community. A sense of community and support among the residents may be hard to develop in the absence of social interaction, which could improve their quality of life as a whole. read more

Society ke aas pas hi sari chije available ho jati hai jaise ki auto bus market school sab pass me hai. humare neighbours bohot acche hai sab log milke rahete hai. buildings ko achi balcony hai. Drinking water 24*7 available hota hai. society me visitors parking bhi hai and drainage ya seepage ka bhi koi issue hume nhi hua hai. read more

Society ka garden ache se maintained nhi hai garden me jo play area hai vo agar tuj fut jaye to vo jaldi se maintain nhi krte hai. utility area bohot congested hai thoda our bada hona chahiye tha. security achi nhi hai guards change hote rahete hai our kisi ko bhi bina permission ghar par bhej dete hai. shopping malls thode dur hai. read more

The society is excellent, with cooperative members and a beautiful garden. All essential facilities including lifts, water supply, and electricity are top-notch. Moreover, the locality is also desirable, making it an overall fantastic place to live. read more

Things need improvement

Everything about this society is fantastic except for one minor issue: the network range can be spotty, especially in the lobby where it may fluctuate between one or two bars. However, once inside our flats, we often encounter no network signal. Despite this inconvenience, everything else in the society is excellent. read more

I don't see any major issues in this society. However, it's worth noting that it's a bit distant from the city center, with Thane city located around 10 km away. In the evenings, there might be some traffic congestion, especially if you're coming from Vashi or Kalyan. It would be beneficial if they could introduce additional activities in their Dosti Planet to enhance the resident experience. read more
