I used to lived in shipra suncity, you will find everything like, auto for travelling near every society gate, infact you can also find sharing auto. sabji and fruits mandi, open fortune shops, shopping malls, like jaipuria mall, hebitant center, shipra mall, etc, hospitals and there are lots of different doctor clinic near by ..society is safe to live, surrounded by different society parks, pet friendly, all events celebration happened in very well manner.. society is peaceful and full of vegetation.. noida electronic Metro station is also near, every society building providing the power suppy, which you cost not much, roads are very broad and auspicious, as you have to pay every month a small amount for society maintenance, so, I must say you will find wall of buildingare good condition,, drainagesystem is good.. and budget friendly. read more

Things need improvement

in few buildings. you will find some rooms are small and no balcony for ventilation, sometime if balcony is there, no protection window is available. then you have to suffer from pigeon poop everywhere in window, but you will find house maid easily for cooking, brooming and cleaning in low budget. In simple word I find society quit good and safe to live. read more

Flats are so close to each other that you can hear your neighbours talk very easily. Washrooms are just infront of your kitchen window. There's only open parking in the society. Security is just okay okay, not very good read more
