The society offers a plethora of modern amenities that tenants can utilize without additional charges. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm, and the community displays excellent cooperation and behavior. Security is robust with comprehensive CCTV surveillance covering all areas. Both owners and visitors benefit from allocated parking spaces. The build quality is commendable, as there are no concerns about leakage or seepage in the premises. Overall, the society provides a comfortable and secure environment, fostering a harmonious living experience for all residents. read more

Things need improvement

Despite its many positives, the society lacks power backup facilities, which can be inconvenient during power outages. Additionally, accessing auto-rickshaws and cabs is challenging, and public transport options are not readily available nearby. read more

Good things here

The bus and cab connectivity is perfect. Schools, including the Mount Litera Zee School, are conveniently nearby, and there's even a college close to us. The maintenance and cleanliness are top-notch, and the construction quality is solid. Plus, we have a gym and incredibly supportive neighbors. It's a great place to live. read more

Things need improvement

While the society is generally good, it's disappointing that there is no swimming pool. Additionally, the playground is quite small and doesn't offer enough space for children to play and residents to relax. read more

Cabs were available in the society through online booking. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. The society had a gym, play area, and garden. Residents celebrated festivals together. Bachelors were allowed in the society. Water was available 24/7, and cleanliness was up to the mark. read more

It was difficult to find autos near the society because it was located in an outer area of the city. The society did not have a swimming pool, and the gym had limited equipment. read more

Good things here

Build quality was good as there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society. All the modern amenities were available and tenant were allowed to use them without paying any extra charges. All the festivals were celebrated and everybosy out there were really coperative and well behaved. Society has good security system all the areas were under cctv survilance. Allocated parking is available in the society for owners and visitors. read more

Things need improvement

Scoety was bit inside from the main road so auto and cabs were really hard to approach around the society even public tranport facilities are not available near by the society. Power back up facilities were not available in the society. read more

Wagholi is an upcoming residential locality in Pune right next to the Pune international airport. The area is developing very fast and there are mostly 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments for sale in new projects at Rs. 6500 to Rs. 7500 per sq ft. There are good schools, markets, institutions, and industrial hubs, and tech parks nearby. 87% of the property available are multi-storeyed apartments while the remaining are in the form of residential plots and individual homes. Wagholi has a historical significance and is named after an ancient Tiger temple and is also said to be the home of the famous Maratha warrior Sardar Pilajirao Changojirao Jadhav.
