I am extremely pleased with the living conditions. The proximity of Suyogni Vidya School is a significant advantage, making daily commutes for students convenient and hassle-free. Garbage is collected on time, and we face no issues with leakage or seepage, ensuring a healthy living environment. Roads are well-maintained, and street lights function effectively. Rooms within the society are properly ventilated. Residents are understanding and friendly, with no issues related to pets. The road quality is average, with ongoing construction contributing to frequent traffic issues and congestion in the area. Random parking of cars on the roads exacerbates the situation. Inside the society, there is a lack of guest parking facilities. The maintenance charges are deemed excessive by residents. Wagholi is an upcoming residential locality in Pune right next to the Pune international airport.
