The proximity of a National Public School located opposite the society makes it convenient for families with school-going children. Furthermore, the spacious parking area accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers caters to residents' vehicle needs. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, kids play area, and cricket ground are well-maintained, enriching the overall living experience in the society.read more

The water facility operates smoothly 24/7, and there's reliable power backup in the society. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Inside, the kids' play area is spacious. Nearby schools are within 400 meters from the society. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained within the society.read more

Facilities such as grocery shops and markets are quite far from the society, approximately 3-4 kilometers away. Maintenance charges in the society are expensive, and the electricity bill is high. The parking area within the society is not spacious enough. The association's management is lacking, with ineffective rules and poor enforcement. There are issues with seepage in the basement parking area. The maintenance of the lift is inadequate, and it is too small for the needs of the society.read more
