I appreciate the good connectivity here, with public transport easily available, including buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, which is very convenient. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. The apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting. Each resident has designated parking, and the community rules are well followed. We have regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply are reliable. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. I have very nice, friendly neighbors, and we celebrate each festival together, creating a warm community atmosphere. The elevators are installed and maintained properly, and there is a CCTV camera and security guard available for added safety.read more

On the downside, the maintenance for amenities could be improved, as it feels like there is less attention given to their upkeep.
