Good things here
There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flat. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. Cleanliness is good, and the residents are decent. The area has ample greenery, and daily garbage collection is efficient. Power cuts are not a concern as the building has backup power. Autos are readily available outside the society gate, and public transport connectivity is excellent. Sufficient parking is available for both visitors and residents in the society, and the maintenance charges are justified.read more
Things need improvement
The society lacks enthusiastic residents, resulting in infrequent festival celebrations. Occasionally, there is a shortage of water supply, particularly during the summers. Additionally, there is a traffic issue near the society that affects convenience.read more

No water logging issues during rainy season,Schools and hospitals are near by the apartment.security system was great,women safety was there in the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional.build quality was great in the society.24/7 water and electricity supply.Rooms were spacious and sound proof.read more

The Magarpatta, Camp, and Railway Station are close to the society. People who enjoy food should live in this society because there are many non-vegetarian options close by. 90% of the attendees are Muslims, and they are well-educated.

Nearby amenities include a gas station, hospital, medical centre, grocery store, vegetable market, and chicken and mutton shop.
