The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative.read more

Good things here

Nearby facilities include schools, hospitals, and markets. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings. The housing society has many positive aspects. Connectivity is good with buses, autos, and cabs easily available, and the roads are in good condition. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are followed. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. There is a reliable 24/7 supply of electricity and water. Amenities like a gym are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we celebrate each festival together. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are security guard available for safety.read more

Maintenance was satisfactory with all facilities, cleanliness and proper functioning. Construction quality was satisfactory, new and good quality material was used. Residents were really helpful and cooperative.read more

Transportation connectivity was average with buses not being available, as there is no bus stand nearby. Cab services were very costly. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the society.read more

This society is a bit congested. There's a lot of drainage issue that are faced during rainy season inside and outside the society, water logging issue prevails.
