There are no issues with seepage or leakage, which is a positive aspect for residents. Power cuts have not been a problem, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply. The lifts are functioning well, providing smooth access to different floors within the building.read more

While security measures are adequate, there is room for improvement. A challenge is the crowded and heavily trafficked area, which can lead to significant time spent commuting or navigating through the locality. Autos, a common mode of transportation, are scarcely available, further adding to transportation difficulties.read more

Good things here

I enjoy the open spaces and extensive greenery in the community. Evening walks are rejuvenating, and the surroundings are peaceful. The management strictly enforces all rules. The location is ideal, with supermarkets, Sunny Medical Clinic, Sakra Hospital, bus stops, and grocery stores within 500 meters. The roads are well-maintained, and there is ample parking space for visitors and residents. Street lights function well. Maintenance-wise, waste segregation is practiced with separate bins for kitchen waste, dry waste, and reject waste in every building. Maintenance charges are high at _5800 per month. There are two functioning lifts. The last painting was done in 2020. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, children's play area, and a walking track. The people in the surroundings are friendly, and we celebrate numerous North Indian and South Indian festivals together.read more

Things need improvement

Finding autos near the society can be a bit challenging, and the condition of the roads outside is quite poor, riddled with potholes. During the rainy season, waterlogging occurs, causing further inconvenience.
