Good things here
In this society, cleanliness is well-maintained. Security-wise, the society is also very good. We have never faced any issues with seepage, leakage, or cracks. The ventilation is good, and we have a proper parking area. There is also a garden area available for children to play.read more
Things need improvement
The only problem is that the society has very basic amenities. It would be much better if more facilities like a gym and clubhouse were available. Additionally, there is a lot of traffic outside, which causes noise.read more

Nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants provide excellent options around the society, and connectivity is good. Regular garbage collection is conducted by the society, and CCTV cameras are installed throughout. Rooms are properly ventilated with ample sunlight. The construction quality of the buildings is commendable, with no issues of seepage or leakage. Amenities such as gardens, parks, and a clubhouse are available. There are no amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, or parking area in the committee. The walls often have plaster falling off, and there are frequent leaks. Moreover, without security guards, there's a risk of theft. Even flowers have been stolen due to lack of security.read more

Good things here
Public transport facilities are readily available around the society, ensuring excellent connectivity. The residents were very cooperative, and we used to celebrate all the festivals together. Security staff was available in the society 24 hours a day, and there was continuous water and electricity�supply.read more

Essentially, it was a government colony nearly 40 years old, lacking any amenities, with DDA flats. There is no maintenance team, so residents must handle their own issues. The build quality has deteriorated over the 40 years of�construction.read more
