Good things here

I'm impressed by the excellent connectivity of our society; public transports like autos and cabs are readily available right outside. It's incredibly convenient to have nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants just outside the society. The recent construction of new roads has significantly improved the quality of our area's infrastructure, making commuting smoother. I'm pleased with how well-maintained and clean our society is, with proper hygiene practices being consistently upheld. The water supply here is exceptional, available round the clock without any disruptions. Fortunately, we haven't faced any major electricity issues, and we have reliable power backup available. Garbage collection is prompt and efficient every day, and even the corridors are well-kept. The construction quality of our buildings is commendable; we haven't encountered issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. The elevators are consistently well-maintained and operational. I'm glad that pets are allowed in our society, and we haven't faced any issues regarding them. We haven't experienced any mobile network issues here, which is a relief.read more

The society lacks facilities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks, and play areas for kids due to space constraints. Being a standalone tower, the society feels congested, and there's limited room for expansion. Residents are not very friendly or cooperative, and cultural events and festivals are not celebrated together. Rooms are poorly ventilated, especially on the first floor, with limited sunlight entering the rooms.read more

Security is paramount, with CCTV cameras and a robust security system in place, complemented by friendly and vigilant security guards. The functionality of the lifts adds to the convenience of daily life. What truly enhances the living experience is the sense of community among neighbors. They are not only cooperative but also friendly and educated, making cultural celebrations and events a joyous occasion for all. Personally, I appreciate the parks within the society, providing a serene escape amidst urban living. Moreover, the high construction quality of the buildings ensures a durable and comfortable living space, free from seepage and leakage issues.read more

Things need improvement

Currently, road construction works are underway in our residential area, which has temporarily affected the quality of our roads. While this may cause inconvenience for the time being, it's a necessary step towards improving our infrastructure in the long run. Additionally, it's worth noting that some amenities like the gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play areas for kids are not available within our society at the moment.read more

Good things here

Public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. All Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools and restaurants are available outside the society. I also use my personal vehicle and the society has got ample of parking space, I have never faced any parking issues. Everyone has got individual parking. Podium parking is available. The society is very well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. RWA manages the maintenance. All the garbage collections are collected from the residents on regular basis. Any issues that arise promt resolution is provided by the society. Water supply is good, electricity supply is also great. Painting on the buildings are done timely. Spacious society, rooms are properly ventilated. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Garden, conference hall is available. People are overall friendly and cooperative.read more

Things need improvement

The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced sometimes nut quickly resolved in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. There is no gatherings that happens in the society.read more

Good things here

Connectivity here was okay with proper roads and autos, cabs and rickshaws easily accessible; maintenance was also good with proper cleanliness and garbage collection facilities were also provided. There were no issues regarding electricity supply or water supply , Security here was off top notch with CCTV cameras available , ventilation was also good here.read more

Things need improvement

There are issues regarding seepage and cracks in the wall. The parking area here seems too congested. There are no amenities available such as gym, swimming pools or club house. Even though , garden is available here but there are trees in between the garden due to which children have to resort to parking area for playing games like cricket, or football. Right side lift of the C wing was always not working, and even after so many complains, it was not repaired.read more

Good things here

The society has good connectivity with easily available public transport, and the roads are in good condition. Schools and markets are nearby, and there are no seepage or termite issues. The apartments have proper ventilation and benefit from regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation. There is uninterrupted electricity and water supply. Additionally, the garden and play area are well-maintained.read more

Things need improvement

There is no swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse. While most neighbours are good, there is some amount of discrimination. Additionally, there is too much rusting in the society. Apart from these issues, everything else is good.read more
