Overall, the property has every facility that you need. They provide good facilities such as top securities, which are essential. Regular Water supplies, generators back up, there are gardens, and many offices are located. The property is clean and highly maintained. This is one of the prime property areas in Pune.

There are two malls just within 600-700mtrs, four hospitals in a 2km range, and there are 5-6 schools in a 5 km range. A Supermarket inside the project. The area is well connected with other parts of the locality. The transport system is well developed. Buses, autos, cabs, etc. are easily available in the area. During office hours everyone is in a hurry, and traffic jam occurs creating a lot of hustle and bustle in the area. The cost of living is a little bit high.
