The maintainence staff as well a the people are really good, usual turn around time for complaints is within a day, society is pet friendly and posh with good gym indoor badminton court swimming pool, billiards etcread more

The location is somewhat an issue, the traffic during offic hours is an headache, nearest metro is 7km away and that too is too far from hot spots in NCRread more

It has 5 shopping malls in 2 km radius and is directly opposite to Gaur City Mall. It has 130m - 6 lane road with separate service lanes running on both sides. The metro station is approved at Gaur Chowk. There is a lot of green area not only surrounding the Saundaryam apartments held under GNIDA but also inside the apartments as designed by the famous Hafeez contractors. It has all amenities like 24x7 water and power supply, lifts, temple, gym, swimming pool, sauna, salon, cricket pitch, tennis grounds, basketball court, and a high street market for immediate convenience for residents.read more
