Good things here
Its a delayed Project and the construction quality is very poor , builder tries to manipulate with many means to get out more money from the pockets of genuine buyers . if any one is buying from them this society then all the best with your future prospects and dealings , buy at a high risk .read more

The construction quality is very poor , carpet areas is very less . Court Case is pending on few units , so dont recommend others to purchase the same.read more

On the downside, the poor construction quality of the project is disappointing. The delays of more than 10 years and issues with subvention EMI payments have caused uncertainty and frustration. The stalled construction progress has left the project incomplete and undesirable as my former home, which is regrettable.read more
