Good things here
I find that our society manages garbage collection and cleanliness quite effectively, likely because we contribute towards these services. It's reassuring to know that our payments are put towards proper training and maintenance, ensuring that these essential tasks are carried out efficiently and on schedule. Furthermore, the well-ventilated flats contribute to a comfortable living environment, enhancing our overall quality of life.read more
Things need improvement
Despite residing here for over a decade, there hasn't been any proper registry done for various aspects, which has been a significant inconvenience. The functioning of the society committee leaves much to be desired, and the maintenance efforts are extremely lacking. The frequent breakdowns of the lifts and the overall poor construction quality of the society, including small and cramped flats with seepage issues, add to our dissatisfaction. While amenities are available, the charges for them are unreasonably high, making them inaccessible for many residents. Furthermore, the mix of people in the society, with some being difficult to deal with, adds to the overall negative experience. Moreover, the connectivity of the roads around the society is abysmal, with damaged roads leading to traffic congestion and further inconvenience. The distance to the market exacerbates the problem, making it challenging to access essential goods and services.read more

The internet connection here is really good, so you can pick any floor you like, no matter how high up. Plus, the staff are friendly and helpful, which makes living here even better.read more
Things need improvement
The management here is terrible, and the expressway is incredibly far away. I have to book an auto just to get to the metro station. There's so much noise and disruption in the society that it's impossible to relax.read more

The society is well maintained. There is ample space for kids to play. All required amenities are there in the society. Schools, colleges, petrol pumps, CNG station, hospitals, restaurants, market places etc are nearby.read more
