Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking is available. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced. No such major electricity issues is faced. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Security guards are available. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.read more

Power backup is available only for common areas in the society. CCTV is available but it is not working properly. Lifts are not cleaned properly. Street dog issues are faced.read more

On the positive side, the maintenance charges are reasonable, and services are provided on time. Inside the society, all necessary facilities such as a gym, park, and playground are available. while there are conveniences like hospitals, schools, and markets nearby.read more

The roads around the society are not in good condition, leading to frequent accidents. Additionally, there is a problem of frequent power cuts without any backup power supply.read more
