Good things here
Society is neat and clean. the cleaning staff regularly picks up tha garbage and maintains the society properly. there are 2 schools within walking distance from the society and there are markets as well. there is also a hospital within a 5km distance. all amenities are available in the society like a gym, swimming pool, and a clubhouse along with playing areas for the kids.read more
Things need improvement
Public transport is not easily available in society, we have to go 500 meters far from the society. once in a while, we have to deal with issues like seepage and water leakage in society.read more

SJR Blue Waters is very good project for people looking to live in prime Bengaluru location within slightly better budget. Developer has given excellent amenities, right from gym and Lakeside Plaza & Lakeside Cafe, greenery, Ladies & Toddlers Pool, fire safety, security service, power backup and many other such things. Everything is top class here. Maintenance problem is not there. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile network but construction noise is still there since project is coming up in phases. Area is safe and secure with some water logging in monsoon season. Overall the project is perfect to stay with family.read more

I am so far happy with project experience. Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there. Mobile tower issue is not there. Monsoon sometimes lead to water accumulation which is little bit of problem. But society maintenance is satisfactory and all amenities are very good. I like the swimming pool, power backup, gym, jogging and walking track which I use. Working from home is breeze here. Everything within easy reach including hospitals, schools and also the supermarket. There are still many flats unsold and interiors are spacious enough with balcony. I am really happy with this new dream home.read more

I have always trust in Prime Corp as builder. SJR Blue Waters is a good project. Construction quality is really good with the best fitting and fixture. Open space is there a lot in this project with so much greenery; you will love using walking or jogging track here. Then good security feature is there and full powers backup so no electricity problem. Neighborhood is posh and safe. Some water logging problem during monsoon. The construction is strong and the interior is spacious enough to design as per our need. I am really happy that we are living in this dream home which is yield a good return in the long-term.read more

SJR Blue Waters is the best project by SJR Prime Corporation. There is no loud noise and pollution around making it the perfect stay with the family. It is located by the banks of Hosa Lake offering greenery view from the balcony. Then there is a Blue Water Park. It has all the elegance and style available in the affordable rate. Lots of greenery and peaceful ambience. Locality also peaceful. Safety level is good for family here. Mobile tower connection does not fluctuate. Wide roads are pleasure to drive in quiet neighborhood without much traffic jam. Supermarket to hospitals and schools there are many things nearby.read more
