I don't have a locality personal experiences but I can provide general information the quality of roads and traffic conjection can very greatly depending on the specific locality in many areas road conditions may detroatiate during the monsoon season due to havy rainfall leading to potholes flodding to increased traffic conjection clogging can be particularly severe in low lying areas prone to water waterlogging.read more
