There are fewer power outages in the area. Murradnagar has a lot of grocery stores and other stores. It is located on the outskirts of Ghaziabad. There is no water scarcity in the area. Within 3 kilometres, there is a police station. The environment is clean and sanitary.

There are public vehicles available such as CNG autos, taxis, e-rickshaws, electric buses that make it easier to travel to any location.
