The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. Pest control was done on time. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available. Other facilities like swimmingpool, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. Connectivity can be a problem as auto rickshaws are not always available, especially during odd hours. The quality of water is poor, and the water supply is inconsistent. Frequent power cuts are an issue, and while there is backup power, it only covers common areas. Pet owners in the society cause disturbances, and despite ongoing discussions, there has been no resolution. Security in the society also needs improvement.read more
